Growth happens in safe spaces. Here, your story matters, your voice is welcome, and your growth is honored.

Adult Therapy

In one-on-one sessions, I strive to create a safe, comfortable space where you can explore, reflect, and challenge yourself. Treatment is individualized and tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lived experiences. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck — therapy can offer the support and clarity you’re looking for. As your therapist, my role is to support your journey of self-discovery while holding space for both grace and accountability — helping you grow with intention and care.

  • -increase self awareness

-process and explore past traumas or challenges

-identify and challenge unhealthy thinking, patterns, and beliefs

-identify and express thoughts, feelings, and needs

-build resiliency and greater tolerance for distress

-build self regulation and coping skills and tools

  • -Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT is an evidence-based approach that helps you understand how your thoughts can fuel anxiety, stress, and sadness. By identifying and challenging unhelpful thinking patterns, CBT supports you in shifting your mindset, managing emotions more effectively, and building healthier coping strategies — so you can feel more in control and less weighed down day to day.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), highly effective approach used to reduce anxiety by gradually facing feared situations while learning to resist the urge to avoid or engage in anxiety-driven behaviors. Over time, this builds confidence, decreases fear, and helps retrain your brain to respond with more calm and flexibility.

-Acceptance commitment Therapy (ACT), s a powerful approach for managing anxiety and healing from trauma. Instead of trying to avoid or eliminate painful thoughts and emotions, ACT helps you learn to accept them with compassion, while staying grounded in the present moment. Through this process, you'll identify your core values and begin taking small, meaningful steps toward a life that feels more empowered, connected, and aligned — even when anxiety or trauma shows up.

Therapy for Teens

In our one-on-one sessions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where your teen can openly explore their thoughts and feelings. The therapy process is personalized to meet their unique needs and goals. As a therapist, my role is to support their journey of self-discovery, helping them develop healthy coping strategies while maintaining a balance of compassion and encouragement for growth.

  • -Explore your emotions, thoughts, and feelings

-Identify healthy and unhealthy behaviors that are affecting you

    -Navigate friendships and relationships

    -Build self-esteem and boost self-confidence

-Manage school stress, pressures, and expectations

-Improve communication/interactions with parents and family

    -Reduce self-criticism and develop self-compassion

-Build emotional regulation and coping tools

-Explore future goals and decision-making skills

  • -Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT helps you notice and challenge the unhelpful thoughts that can mess with your mood, confidence, or perspective. By learning to shift these thinking patterns, you can start to feel more in control of your emotions, reactions, and how you handle everyday stress.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), ERP is a proven way to help with anxiety by slowly facing the situations or thoughts that make you feel scared or uncomfortable — instead of avoiding them. Over time, this helps your brain feel less afraid and builds your confidence to handle hard stuff with more calm and control.

-Acceptance commitment Therapy (ACT), ACT helps you deal with tough thoughts and feelings (like anxiety or trauma) by accepting them rather than pushing them away. It also helps you figure out what really matters to you and how to take steps toward living a life that feels more true to who you are — even when things feel hard.

Through simple tools and strategies, Gottman Therapy teaches you how to manage conflict with respect, rebuild trust, and strengthen the foundation of your relationship, so you can move forward with more love, understanding, and support.

-Attachment-Based Couples Therapy focuses on understanding how past relationships and experiences shape the way you connect with your partner today. By helping couples strengthen their emotional bond by exploring attachment styles—how you give and receive love, seek comfort, and respond to stress in the relationship. By increasing awareness of these patterns, you can work together to create a safer, more secure connection, where both partners feel valued, supported, and understood.
